With the Easter holidays approaching, you are probably already thinking about the holiday and the relaxing moments ahead. Before you go on vacation I have an interesting challenge for you – the 100-day challenge. I’ll explain in detail what it’s all about so you can start taking action as soon as you get back. By accepting this challenge, you will see an increase in self-esteem, become more consistent in your actions, and form a new habit that will bring significant changes in many aspects of your life.
Here’s what you need to do:
- Start by writing down your daily activities for two weeks and identify the things you can give up for the next 100 days.
- Identify that trigger habit that, if you develop it, will have a significant impact on your entire life. This habit could act like a domino effect, influencing several areas of your life.
For example, if you said to yourself: the thing that would make the biggest difference in my life is if I woke up at 5 in the morning. But without being tempted to build an entire routine just because you wake up at 5 Let yourself be surprised. Maybe one morning you’d say you’d like to read, another day you’d say you’d like to go for a run.
Or maybe you tell yourself that the trigger habit for you is going to exercise every day, but without determining from the beginning what diet you eat, and how much water you drink. After a while of exercising every day, you’ll start wanting to eat healthier, drink more water, and sleep more.
Or maybe your trigger habit is to work every day for half an hour on your dream project. After a while, you will find more customers, you will become more confident in your project.
- Maintain this habit every day for 100 days. You wake up every day at 5 o’clock if that’s your trigger habit, or you go to exercise every day from Monday to Sunday, or you work on your dream project for half an hour every day for 100 days.

My challenge to myself is to exercise every day for 100 days starting May 8th. Which one is it for you?
