What is the #TechWoman program?
#TechWoman is a program dedicated to young ladies who work or want to work in the technical field, regardless of whether we are talking about computers, engineering, or mathematics.
As a graduate of the Computer and Automation Faculty of the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, with more than 15 years of experience in the corporate area, I am here to accompany you on your journey. Come get clarity and reach your true potential.
If you are experiencing internal struggles because you haven’t found a balance between the pleasure of just being a programmer and the desire to access roles with more exposure, I’m waiting for you in the #TechWoman program.

We will work with your goal. My approach will be individualized to suit you. I will listen carefully and create a safe environment for you to find the resources and strategy to achieve your goal.

I look forward to working with you on limiting beliefs and discovering the next steps you want to take as a tech woman.
You will have my full attention and individualized support so that you always have at hand those tools that are most suitable for you and that will help you build the present and the future as a tech woman in a way that is consistent with the values and your beliefs.
We will work together weekly for a month in 1 to 1 sessions. Because I support women following this path, two of the four work sessions will be free.
Continuity
I’m a big believer in continuity, measuring progress and results. Concrete actions are important for progress. That’s why I’ll be with you both between sessions and for another month after the weekly work is done.

This session is free. We’ll talk about your goal, and what’s blocking you, and I’ll introduce you to the #TechWoman program, creative and innovative materials and tools that will open up new perspectives for you.

Consistency is important to reach your goal. That’s why we’ll meet weekly in 1-on-1 sessions.
During each session, you will receive my full attention and individualized support. I believe in continuity and will be available to you between sessions to support you on your journey.

Celebrate
We will celebrate together every discovery you make. You will learn to celebrate every step you take on your journey.
We will have a special session where you will reflect on the actions that brought about the change. Thus, you will integrate the internal and external resources you have discovered, and they will become part of the new you.
